Stop & Go 1001 - Manual

The Stop & Go 1001 tire plugging device effortlessly installs mushroom-shaped rubber plugs to repair all flat and punctured tubeless tires while staying on the wheel. The rasp tool is used to clean the puncture. The nozzle is inserted into the tire using the probe tool. After placing a mushroom plug into the plugging device, it is easily inserted through the nozzle into the tire. A firm pull on the stem seats the plug against the inner wall allowing no air to escape. The mushroom plug head will expand when seated to cover and seal the punctured area from the inside. Reinflate the tire using the Co2. Each cartridge supplies up to 9 psi depending on size of tire. This will ensure maximum reliability while reducing your downtime in any situation.
