Flats Happen! Most vehicles run on tubeless tires these days. Regardless of thickness or pre-sealant additives they are all vulnerable to being punctured. Now you can experience the skill of a professional's hand and the thrill of saving time and money. Your tires can now be easily plugged on or off the wheel with this new shop style tool called the tire plugger.
The Gun is a spring-loaded device that 'drives' the tire plug into the hole. The shaft of the tire plugs expand under pressure to fill the puncture. The mushroom head of the plug seats on the inner wall allowing no air to escape. This insures maximum reliability from its' revolutionary design. The vinyl zippered pouch measures 6 1/2" x 9" x 1" and weighs 1 lb. 14 oz. It's easily stored - so you're always prepared. (These tire plugs will not work in class A motor home tires) Travel Trailers YES! Fifth Wheels YES! Class B & C Motor Homes YES! Class A NO!
NOTICE: The accepted industry standard recommended by the RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association of America) requires that an injured tire be demounted, the interior inspected, the injury drilled out, and a tire plug and repair unit installed by a trained professional.
- the mushroom plug difference
What makes the Tire Plugger the best tire repair product on the market, is our mushroom plug. The tire plug shaft expands under pressure to fill the puncture and the mushroom head of the tire plug seats on the inner wall allowing no air to escape.
RV owners, did you know?
The Tire Plugger works with RV's. Stop relying on aerosol inflation products that can ruin your TPMS and tires or waiting for hours for your roadside assistance service. Plug your own tire in minutes!

I've had one of these kits for 20 years. Have used it several times with my touring motorcycles. Never failed to fix my flats.
Awesome! - Makes having no spare tyre a manageable risk

Have watched the guys at my local tyre shop repair flats many a time. Not any longer! I can do it myself. My latest car doesn't have a spare tyre(!!??) then this is a must. Looking forward to using it (not), but glad to have it in the boot of the car.
Simple à utiliser et efficace

J'en ai acheté un pour moi puis 3 pour des amis qui m'ont vu réparer. La dernière fois, réparation faite en 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement.
Definitely a great tool

The kit overall gets a good rating. The plugs are definitely a perfect replacement to the string tire repair plugs. We have used this item at least 20 times since we purchased it 3 weeks ago.
The four star is due to certain components in the kit. The reamer and probe tool I don't think were designed for commercial application or certain tires. There is little ease to put force on the handles on those rare occasions were it is needed. We manufactured our own t-handle probe tool and use the standard t-handle reamer. With that the kit is definitely a real time efficient and secure alternative to patching for those that want a plug. I would still recommend this kit to anyone.

I purchased one of these kits several years ago and have used it a number of times. I can't say enough good things about it. It is truly a life saver and everyone should have one. I never leave the house without it and recently purchased a second kit to keep in the other car.
loving it !

So I brought this on a recommendation from a fellow biker. Wow ! This does the job, love it !
Best to practice first on a duff tyre first, to get the procedure right.
Fast and easy

This is a quick and easy way to fix a flat compared to other systems i have used in the past, Other motorcyclist in the club fixed a flat and never replaced the plug with another 5000km added to the tyre with no problems.
