This revolutionary new device easily installs mushroom shaped rubber tire plugs into all tubeless tires, while staying on the wheel. The Tire Plugging device 'drives' the tire plug into the hole, with a simple turning of the hex wrench. The tire plug expands under pressure to fill the punctured area. A firm pull on the stem with your pliers seats the mushroom head on the inner wall allowing no air to escape. This technology insures maximum reliability, while reducing your downtime in any situation.

I can't give it a full rating because I havn't used it as of yet, but the idea goes back to when I was 16 year old kid working in a gas station, that's the type of plugging system used then and it worked very well.
Best tubeless repair kit I've ever seen

I've tried several different types of repairs for tubeless tyres. This has t be the best on the market. Easy to use and very effective except for major damage, then nothing is going to work.
Best new idea in tire plugs.

Very pleased with the compact and light weight. The components and pouch exceed what I expected for the priced. Although I hope that I will not have to use the kit, but I will be prepared if the need arises.

As an avid motorcyclist, I have had occasion to need tyre repairs in the most difficult and remote places. With the Pocket Tyre Plugger, that isn't a problem any more. I don't need to call for a tow or road side assistance, I can easily repair my tyre and ride on without too much delay. no need to remove the wheel and tyre to patch. Just Plug and Go. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone.
Good solution easy to use.

Like this stuff,functional!!
Leave it permanently in the car with my mini compressor!
Posted by Stuart Wilkinson on 19th Mar 2014
This is an excellent piece of equipment and is the second set I have bought, having bought my first one about 3 years ago. I have bought another one for myself because my son borrowed/kept the first one I purchased for use with his car/motor bike, when he moved out and set up home 7 miles away. With some car manufacturers not supplying full sized spare wheels or only emergency spare wheels, carrying this repair kit as well as a small compressor, enables a punctured tyre to be repaired and refitted, rather than inserting a liquid sealer and inflating the tyre, which can ultimately damage the tyre, and not allow a professional repair to be carried out, and meaning the tyre would have to be replaced. This product is ideal for dealing with punctures caused by nails and screws etc. But would be unsuitable for dealing with any gash type damage to tyres. But depending on the severity of the cut, it might need two tyre plugs inserting, which might be sufficient to allow the tyre to be inflated to a safe pressure, enabling you to continue on your journey.

We live in a new area where they are building new homes and there are a lot of nails, metal screws, small rocks being dropped on the road way, I have repaired 3 tires with this tool, there by saving the tire from being ruined and saving a lot of money in replacement cost.. This tool is a must have with new vehicles not having spare tires, the fix is simple and can get you on the road right away.. March - 2-2014

As an engineer, I am very critical of all products. Do they perform as marketed? Is the design robust? What is the cost versus benefit of the product? Etc....
I found the Stop N Go Pocket Tire Plugger an absolutely excellent design- both in its construction and application. It is easy to use in the field, cost effective and performs great.
The repair that I completed was for a sport bike tire that had a puncture approximately 30 degrees from tread centerline. Once repaired, I have confirmed that there has been no leakage and the bike has been ridden for over 200 miles without any problems.
I have several bikes so I keep this product in my backpack at all times.
The Best Product

I have to go on anecdotal evidence here, because this is one of those motorcycle products I hope will never come out of my saddlebag! I researched all of the tire repair kits available to me and came to the conclusion that the Pocket Tire Plugger would be the best addition to my traveling kit. I did read all the reviews that I could, and this product hands-down received the most 5-star reviews of any product out there. Good enough for me!

A couple of my riding buddies purchased the plug kit quite some time ago and used it successfully. I have used a buddies kit to plug a tire for myself and a buddy and they work great. I ordered a kit for each of my bikes and am confident that they will save me problems in the future. I realize that plugs are supposed to be a temporary fix, but with the mushroom head, I see no danger of the plug blowing out and will leave it untill other problems arise.
peace of mind

This product gives me the added peace of mind that a repairable flat won't have me sitting alongside some remote highway waiting on a tow.
Quality kit and great instructions and pouch.
Hoping I won't ever use it but thumbs up to the product.
a must for the car, bike, tire owner

Im on my 2nd bag of tire plugs and have yet to have a plug fail. I did have 1 that needed 2 plugs to seal the leak but it worked. I love this tool!

Once received, I was amazed by the design and thought process of this item. Thumbs up to Bill and his crew. I do have to add that Bill and his team are very customer service oriented. Not only do they have a wonderful product, but answer your call and emails with time sensitive urgency. Thanks again Bill and the Stop and Go team.
Every bike should have a kit

I was coming home from work on slab and hit a big nail. I had the old-style sticky rubber thread plug kit with me at the time. The road crew guy who stopped to help had a vise or it was not going in the tool. That night I bought a stop-n-go kit and tested it on my car tire. Easy small and effective. The plug is still in the car at 12k miles.

Easy to use, quick system to plug your tire. Picked up a screw in a brand new rear tire. Was completly plugged in 5 minutes with no leakage.
