For the sake of keeping the Mini-Air Compressor compact, the air hose is only 4.5 inches long. Some motorcycles and scooter have minimal clearance to allow the attachment of this hose. So this new 10 inch Hose Extension allows user to easily attach the Mini-Air Compressor to their tire valves. When not in use, it can be screwed together to make a round hose or stored lengthwise. Made in USA
NOTICE: The accepted industry standard recommended by the RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association of America) requires that an injured tire be demounted, the interior inspected, the injury drilled out, and a plug and repair unit installed by a trained professional.
Perfect for Rear (or Both) Bike Tire(s)

Perfect for checking hard-to-reach Schrader valves, such as the rear tire on a full dresser or bagger motorcycle. On cars, if the wheel or hubcap prevents a nice right-angle connection with your tire gauge, this hose solves that problem, too. The knurled ring is large and easy to grasp, and is much easier to work with than the snap-over-to-attach types (which may or may not stay on, may or may not make a complete connection). Connecting or disconnecting at the tire valve results in negligible air loss; very well made for that. The pump/gauge end screws nicely into the female threads of the hose on the end of my usual pump (a Harbor Freight 96068, now superseded by 69284). Why fiddle in tight spaces with pumps and gauges, when you can just screw this on the valve, and work 10" away, and with no obstructions?
Just what I needed.

The air valve on the rear wheel of my Can-Am motorcycle is difficult to reach due to the drive sprocket and frame configuration. Now, no more bruised and dirty hands just to fill or check the air pressure.

Awesome little hose

Purchase this little gem! Allows easier use of your S&G compressor on those pesky schrader valves. Noticed one thing, the crimps at each end of the hose are a little sharp. A wrap or two of black electrical tape or some nice shrink tubing should take care of that. Overall a nice inexpensive addition to your tire repair tools.
