For the sake of keeping the Mini-Air Compressor compact, the air hose is only 4.5 inches long. Some motorcycles and scooter have minimal clearance to allow the attachment of this hose.  So this new 10 inch Hose Extension allows user to easily attach the Mini-Air Compressor to their tire valves. When not in use, it can be screwed together to make a round hose or stored lengthwise.
